Locally made Gift Basket

I’m hard to buy for. Whenever Christmas or my birthday comes around nobody knows what to get, and if asked I’m usually not much help with providing ideas. However, I do enjoy locally made and/or unique items.

This Christmas, my wife had a cool idea and put together a locally made gift basket with a number of locally made food items.  I wish I took a picture of the basket when it was put together, but creating a blog was not on my mind at the time. One of the items in the basket was a jug of maple syrup from Sugar Maple Farms in Lebanon Connecticut. I’m enjoying this syrup, including a pint of this in a locally made gift basket would not disappoint.
